Awake Pilot thoughts.
This isn't going to be a review as im sure there are enough of those around already, what I want to discuss are some of the finer points of how this reality switching works exactly.
As an example lets assume Jason wakes up in the reality his wife has survived at 7am on Monday and goes to sleep at midnight Monday night. It is my understanding that he then would wake up in the reality he son is alive. what is not made clear is what day this is. Does he wake up on Tuesday? Does he sleep? Does any time elapse.
It is logical to assume he would wake up on Monday again in the other reality, but what time does he wake up?
Also what if he stays awake for more than 24 hours?
I know not everyone will concern them selves with these questions, and in spite of these questions I really did enjoy the pilot, but I feel these issues should have been dealt with early on. And I at least hope they do address them at some point.
